The Forever Pendant

  • Each Forever Pendant is handcrafted from Pyrex glass and mounted in a solid sterling silver setting. This elegant design can be worn with ease in any situation. 

  • • Available in 3 sizes: Standard (1.1” or about the size of a quarter), Petite (.8” or about the size of a nickel), and Charm (½" or about the size of a dime)

    • A free Collection Kit is provided with every order for the safe & secure delivery of ashes to Grateful Glass

    • All keepsakes include elegant presentation packaging as well as a personalized Certificate of Authenticity

    • Because of the handmade nature of our products, some variation in both glass color and dispersion / design of ashes should be expected. For reasons beyond our control, each set of ashes reacts uniquely when mixed with hot glass. As a result, certain sets of ashes may be less visible or show up as a slightly different color compared to our sample images.

  • Shipping is a 3 step process. 1) After placing your order, a collection kit will be mailed to you. 2) You will then return the collection kit complete with your loved one’s ashes to the Grateful Glass studio. 3) Finally, we handcraft your keepsake to order and ship it to you along with any unused ashes.

    Shipping of the collection kit as well as your finished keepsake are included for FREE with every order. The return shipment of the collection kit is not included with your order. We have found for the most secure return possible, the kit must be brought in person to your local Post Office for processing.

The Perfect Memorial

Each keepsake is handcrafted using only a small amount of ashes so that every family member can have their own physical remembrance.

Our memorials are sensibly sized so that you can always have your loved one close to your heart.

Although the cremation ashes are clearly visible within each keepsake, only the people you choose to share with will actually know what it is.

This is the second pendant that Grateful Glass has created for me, and it is as beautiful and special as the first one. I appreciate the thought, care, and compassion that goes into the entire process. My dad

I unexpectedly lost my father 7 months ago. He was cremated and I wanted to memorialize him in a way that I could carry him with me when I needed. Grateful Glass is exactly what I was looking for. I ordered The Forever Pendant in cobalt blue; I’m getting married next year and this will be the perfect “something blue” and my dad will still be with me as I walk down the aisle. My most treasured jewelry

A few years ago, I made a pendant of my mother’s ashes with the help of Grateful Glass. Recently, my father passed away and I had a pendant made of his ashes. I also chose to have a white pendant made with a mix of both of my parents’ ashes, which I will be including in my bouquet at my upcoming wedding. Amazingly beautiful piece of art

My necklace is incredibly beautiful. The ashes over the cobalt blue glass looks like a sky full of stars. I could not have asked for more. I love that I will always have a piece of my mom with me all of the time. The packaging was very thoughtful. The collection kit was nice and tactful, and the box that the necklace was sent to me in was very nice, with the remaining ashes tucked inside. Thank you to Matthew for such a special memorial keepsake ❤️
